Terms & Conditions
Registration Descriptions
General Description of all the registration types and their access throughout the congress.
Standard Delegates are defined as full paying participants.
Young Professionals will have to include their date of birth in the registration form as a proof of the 35 years of age limitation (that has to be valid at the time of the Congress).
Retired Person will be requested to upload a valid proof of identification (that has to be valid at the time of the Congress).
Students will be requested to upload a valid student card (that has to be valid at the time of the Congress).
Registration Inclusions
The following is included in your SpaceOps 2023 Registration:
- Access to all conference sessions and presentations, including the plenaries and exhibition.
- Daily Luncheons and Coffee Breaks
- Access to Welcome Reception (1 ticket) and Conference Dinner (1 ticket)
- Conference Kit
After completing your registration
You will receive an automatically generated email/invoice acknowledging the submission of your registration and confirming your payment. If you do not receive this, please email [email protected]
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund on registration fee for any cancellations received no later than 31st January 2023.
- 50% cancellation charges apply on registration fee for cancellations received between 01st – 27th February 2023.
- Registrants who cancel beyond 01st March 2023 or fail to attend SpaceOps2023 will forfeit the entire fee.
(Full Refund requests after 21st Feb 2023 for some cases can be taken into consideration (such as not limited to: death, death of immediate family member, closing down airports…etc) and decision will be made by SpaceOps 2023 Project Director.)
Refunds
- Refunds received upto 15th October 2022 shall be processed within 60 days from this date.
- Refunds received from 16th October 2022 shall be processed post congress with 60 days
Note
- Any transactional charges levied by the bank or credit card operator on refund will be borne directly by the delegate.
Payment Methods
Full payment in AED is required at the time of registration, without any deduction for any currency conversion, VAT, bank charges or any other transaction charges. Your registration will only be complete when the specified fee is credited or received in full.
